My Home Office

So now that I am working from home my office constantly looks like something exploded!! It is a free for all, paper everywhere, dog and cats living together. Think Ghostbusters and the Stay Puff marshmallow man, that about sums it up. However working from home has allowed me to tailor my daytime TV watching schedule to include all the favs like Martha, Rachel, Ellen, Gilmore Girls, What Not to Wear, ohhhh you know you are jealous of the snazzy 60-year old lady life. I typically sprinkle in talking to cat in between nail biting episodes of 'whose the Dad' on Maury or 'let's talk about me' on Tyra. All that is left is finding a soap opera and buying soap opera digest at the grocery store.

At least I don't have to wear heels anymore :)

One Year Down

We had our First Anniversary! We celebrated by a quick trip to Gettysburg on our way to Harrisburg for a wedding (a wonderful weekend to get married in our opinion). This is a shot after a great dinner at the Farnsworth House with us eating the top of our cake with a wonderful cake candle given to me at my shower over a year ago! The couple we were sitting next to were celebrating their 47th wedding Anniversary.

The beautiful couple, Amanda and Bryan. The wedding was so much fun and the bride was insanely beautiful! It was one of the best weddings we have ever been to and one of the happiest!!
Us at the rehearsal dinner. In pains me to say this, being from Maryland, but the crab cakes at the Firehouse in Pennsylvania were some of the best I have ever had.
